At Chic & Crochet, we understand that you want an ideal fit! To help you out, we offer custom sizing. Custom sizing takes the same time to make and ship to you.
Custom sizes are made specifically to the measurements that you provide (bust, waist, hips, shoulder to feet, your height and high heels).
Please double check your measurements, the color and fabrics choice before ordering.
Please notice, that we make the item strict follow the size you choose or the measurments bring by you. We are not responsible for the size/measurments errors bring by you. Also included the colors and fabrics.
Please keep in mind that all products are uniquely made to order.
Also understand that colors on your computer screen or photo effect on the fabrics can be a little different to how they appear in person.
Please ask anything you want first, like the photos of the fabrics or colors chart, we are here to help and to guide you with your choise.

At Chic & Crochet, you will find our clothes are haute-couture quality and are reasonably priced. We are always looking for new inspirations bridal gowns in great designers to satisfy the whishes of our brides where they can find the wedding dress of her dreams for a much reasonable price.
Please understand that we don’t handmade exact copies. All our dresses are inspired in others designers. For that reason all the listings have a mannequin photo and that’s the gown that you will receive. The models photos is just the reference inspiration. If you want an exact copie, please understand, and buy the original one.

Returns, Cancellations and exchanges:
Chic & Crochet will issue a full refund, not including shipping, only for damaged, defective or any problem cause by our team, please contact us for assistance and processing your return. Please be aware, all orders are made per order, with the measurments that you provide, if you don´t want the item anymore, send the wrong measurments, doesn´t fit for the party, you don´t like how it looks on, etc, isn´t reasons to request a refund. But if you still have a problem with the item are more than welcome to contact us and together we will find a solution.
Contact us to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your item. The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).
Please notice, that we make the item strict follow the size you choose or measures bring by you, please check our size chart and be sure of the measures before making the order. We do not response for the size/measurments errors bring by you.
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
* Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
How to Return:
1. Submit a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
2. Once we have approved your request, please send the item within 3 days with a valid tracking number information.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-7 business days.
* We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.
* We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
* We are not liable for return item that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

We do not accept cancellations for any order because after your purchase we order the fabrics and all the materials needed with our suppliers and start the work.

We do not offer an exchange service for any products. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period.
